The Nuova 500 - the new 500 - is the model that came in 1957. The one that replaced "Musa", the little mouse-nosed Fiat, the one launched before the war. Original Fiat 500s still live in the big cities around Southern Europe. I have snapped someone from Rome. They are characterized by parking potholes, - and repairs to old potholes. The red one with white tire sides is photographed in my immediate environment in the Oslo area. The Fiat 500 never became as popular in the Norwegian traffic picture. After car sales were released in 1960, the slightly larger Fiat 600 and Fiat 1100 cars were a hit. One must be allowed to say that the Fiat Nuova 500 could perhaps at least be made for tall northerners?

The main image of a street-parked coral red Fiat 500 was taken at Frogner in Oslo. The red car with white sidewalls was photographed at Fornebu. The dented, street-parked cars were photographed in Rome. They are still in use and have probably never been restored. The yellow Fiat 500L was photographed near Portobello Road in London. The light blue car was on display at the Oslo Motor Show. An orange and red Fiat with extra lights attended a car show in Perpignan, France. The blue car with red interior visited Autovia at Rud in Bærum 2025. It has undergone a full restoration in Sweden. The paintwork has been worked on to create an original look. The yellow, street-parked car was photographed in Chelsea, London 2025. The light car with a sunroof is an electrified car street-parked in Notting Hill, London. The last image of the dark blue Fiat 500L was taken in Mayfair, London.
