Volvo meeting at Jessheim

New Volvo V60 poses in front of VCCN's collection at Bilia, Jessheim.

The "Gardermotåka" lay over Jessheim and prevented the sun from breaking through, so it was quite cold. Fortunately, old Volvos do not have problems with cool autumn weather, so several people had brought their fine cars with them.

Wheel change for income for Omsorg Jessheim, free barbecue, muffins, - as well as a Volvo meeting Volvo Car Club Norway (VCCN).

At the meeting there was a great mix of veterans, youngtimers and new cars. I noted a great interest in young timers. It's hard to walk past a 940, 960, 850, S70 and V70 without taking a closer look. Not only do they look good, but they drive well and are good long distance cars, too. I admit that I like Volvo better than many other cars. I'm probably not alone in that. I notice it here on the blog - and on Terjes Biler's Instagram account. Images of Volvos are well-liked all over the world. I took some photos at the meet which I am posting here.
