A classic Gran Turismo with a self-aspirating V12 engine positioned mid-front with driving systems that create active driving pleasure.
Uncompromisingly sporty with 2 seats, naturally aspirated 6.5 liter V12 engine that produces 819 hp. The car is equipped with something Ferrari calls ATS Aspirated Torque Shaping – a software-based system that will enhance the experience of driving a supercar with a naturally aspirated engine. Here, the feeling of an infinite throttle with a "crescendo" of power is created. The engine can be pulled up to 9500 revolutions while the torque in 3rd and 4th gear is delivered according to the engineers' curves.
12Cilindri Spider
Ferrari 12Cilindri successor Ferrari 812 Superfast, and of course has all the safety systems we know. Worth mentioning are the systems that aim to create driving pleasure and safer active driving. The 4-wheel steering systems are new compared to the predecessor.
- Side Slip Control 8.0 (SSC 8.0): Ferrari's system to control all 4 wheels and allow controlled wheel slip.
- ABS Evo: An advanced system to provide optimal braking performance.
- Independent 4WS: Independent 4-wheel steering.
- Virtual Short Wheelbase 3.0: Rear-wheel steering that makes the car operate as if the wheelbase were shortened.
- Active Aerodynamics: Dynamic elements in the rear that provide increased downforce at high speeds.
The V12 engine produces 830 hp and 678 Nm at 7250 rpm. 0-100 km/h can be covered in 2.9 seconds, 0-200 km/h in 7.9 seconds. Top speed is around 340 km/h. The 12Cilindri can be delivered either as Coupe with fixed roof or as Spider where the roof plate is pushed backwards.
The Spider has a two-piece metal roof that folds and stows in 14 seconds at speeds up to 45 km/h.
Prices
If you order a new car, individual wishes will mean that the final price can vary greatly. The brand dealer in Norway, Formula Automotive, has an almost new car – a Coupé – for sale for 6,89 million kroner. The dealer CityMedhouse has an insignificant used car for sale for 6,99 million kroner – also a Coupé.
About the pictures
The pictures are of the same car, a Ferrari 12Cilidri Spider in the color Francesca green. It was photographed while parked on the street in Belgravia, London 2026. If you search the registration number on Google, you will find several photos of the same car on the same street. As I walked past, a car stopped with two young "car spotters" who started taking pictures.
