Town car: A 4-door automobile with a usually open driver's compartment and a separate enclosed passenger compartment. – Merriam-Webster Dictionary.

The Lincoln Town Car II - 2nd generation - was produced from the model year 1990 to the end of 1997. It is a large American luxury car along the lines of large Cadillacs.

Engines

The first year – 1990 – the model was delivered with Ford's 302 V8 (5.0 litres). Then, from 1991 it got Ford's 4.6 liter V8. It delivered 210 HP and 372 Nm at 3250 rpm, enough to accelerate from 0 to 100 in 9,5 seconds and reach a top speed of 206 km/h.

Facelift

The Town Car II received a facelift for the 1995 model year. It can be most easily recognized by the fact that the lights got clear glass and a new grill. In addition, the triangular window on the rear side windows (in the rear doors) disappeared, and the side mirrors became larger and painted. Some changes were also made to the interior.

Why choose the Town Car?

Full-size, stylish and classic American car. It is popular as a limousine. It is built on Ford - and shares components with Ford - so parts are not a problem. The cars are durable and are not considered particularly complicated to repair.
