Skoda's history can be traced all the way back to 1895 when Laurin & Klement started a bicycle factory. Later, in 1905 they started producing cars. In 1925, the company was taken over by Skoda Auto. After the war, the company was nationalized and suffered under the Soviet planned economy. After the fall of the Iron Curtain, Volkswagen began to buy into Skoda Auto and from 2000, Skoda was a car brand in the Volkswagen group. Skoda Auto has always had its headquarters in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic.

Skoda Enyaq iV80
It is a family car in the class between the Nissan Leaf and the Audi e-tron. With a large battery, it is on par with the best electric cars on the market in terms of consumption and range.
Skoda Kamiq
In Europe, the Kamiq is supplied with the Volkswagen Group's new 1,0 TSI EVO 110 HP which meets the Euro 6D requirements. The engine replaces the version with 115 HP. I doubt anyone will notice the loss of power.
Skoda Octavia iV plug-in hybrid
Not only is it based on the same platform as the Golf 8 – it has also inherited Volkswagen's proven plug-in hybrid solutions.
Skoda Rapid Spaceback 1,0 TSI
With a panoramic glass roof, the Rapid Spaceback looks very good. The 3-cylinder engine worked well with the DSG gearbox. It effectively takes the car up to speed from a standstill without revving the engine.
Skoda Rapid Spaceback 1,6 TDI
Having recently driven the VW Golf for a few days, I quickly discovered that the Skoda Rapid is not built on the same platform as the Golf. It is built on Fabia and Roomster. I used it for moving, and am nothing less than impressed with the space. Clean the van!
Skoda MB – popular model with rear engine
Cars from Skoda were very popular in Norway in the 1950s and 1960s. The reason was fewer restrictions on the sale of cars produced in Eastern Europe.

Skoda 1000MB
Car brands behind the Iron Curtain received a lukewarm reception. 1000 MB was hardly a dream car, it made Skoda survive the communist era.
Skoda 100
Beyond the 70s, cars with stern engines began to become out of fashion. The new Skoda 100 and 110 were not alone in continuing this concept. They were in the same booth as Volkswagen and Porsche.
Skoda Rapid
The model designation Rapid has been used on several Skoda models throughout the ages. The Rapid we see here was a Coupé variant of Skoda's 120 series.
