Here is a photo gallery of the Volkswagen 1300/1500 produced from the 1967 model year until the "S" models took over (1302 S, 1303 S). The models from 1967 had 1300 engines that produced 40 HP. You could order cars with a 1500 engine and then get 44 HP. The cars from 1967 had a 12-volt electrical system and standing headlights. From the 1968 model year, the cars got new, profiled bumpers.












About the pictures
Beige car with roof rack and "H" registration was photographed while it was parked at Bestum in Oslo. One light blue car was parked at Øyer. Another light blue car was parked on the street in Copenhagen. Beige car with roof rack and "D" registration was on a driveout from Sætre in Asker. White car with roof rack was parked at Fornebu. The photo of the white car without roof rack was taken at Saltnesholmen in Østfold. The photo with the policeman was taken in Tossa de Mar in connection with an Aircooled meeting there. Red car with patinated paint was parked on the street in Pimlico, London 2025. Other photos were taken at Maritim in Oslo, Fornebu, Øvrevoll galopp and Folkemuseet in Oslo.
